Dr. Brent graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School in 2007 and further graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 2011. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry in 2015. Following graduation, Dr. Benoit completed an Implant Restorative Fellowship at the LSU School of Dentistry in the Periodontics Department. He earned his Master of Science in Dentistry degree and certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the LSU School of Dentistry after completing a two-year residency in 2018. Dr. Brent currently serves as the president of the Bayou District Dental Association. Dr. Brent was appointed as the Chair on the Council of New Dentists for the Louisiana Dental Association.

 

Dr. Brent is a board-certified orthodontist, certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Brent is married to his wife, Dr. Gabrielle Richard, who is also a dentist! He enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, exercising, and cooking. Dr. Brent is a proud member of the New Orleans dance krewe, the 610 Stompers!
